What is a postpartum doula and how would this service be beneficial to me?
A postpartum doula provides support to families after childbirth, offering assistance with newborn care, maternal recovery, and household tasks. This service helps ease the transition into parenthood, reduces stress, and promotes a healthy, restful recovery for both the mother and baby. It is best to book this service before the end of the second trimester to ensure availability of doula. Contact us for more details.

What can I expect from your CPR training?
The American Red Cross CPR training equips you with essential life-saving skills. The training covers adult, child, and infant CPR, preparing you to respond effectively in emergencies. You can choose from a blended learning (partially online + in-person) or instructor led (in-person only) style of learning. I also offer BLS  for healthcare workers with the same style of delivery. Training can be provided at your location with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 learners. Contact me for details.

With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a nurse, I am highly qualified to provide the support and training you need. I am certified and trained as a full spectrum doula with focus on postpartum care, certified newborn care specialist, and a certified American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED instructor.
